One of the highly anticipated trade shows of the healthcare technologies and medical industry in the region, Expomed Eurasia concluded successfully with strong industry interest at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in Istanbul between April 16–18, 2026. Organized by Reed Tüyap Fairs Inc., the show once again demonstrated its role as a key trade platform shaping both Türkiye’s and the region’s healthcare ecosystem by bringing together all stakeholders of the healthcare sector under one roof.

A total of 4,208 international visitors from 133 countries traveled to Istanbul for this exhibition, strengthening its global commercial interaction and creating a solid ground for new strategic business connections. With a total of 19,308 visitors, the fair became a hub for new healthcare investments.
The Agenda of Healthcare Transformation Addressed at Expomed Eurasia
Highlighting the themes of “Productive Healthcare,” “Digitalization in Healthcare,” and “Domestic Production,” Expomed Eurasia 2026 brought forward the key topics shaping transformation in healthcare.
AI-powered healthcare technologies, advanced diagnostic systems, digital health solutions, and preventive healthcare applications were among the standout areas of the trade show. A wide range of products—from medical devices to consumables, orthopedic products to life technologies—offered industry professionals the opportunity to experience the healthcare solutions of the future firsthand.
Expomed Eurasia was not only a trade platform but also a powerful showcase where the transformation in healthcare technologies was brought to the stage.
A Strategic Platform for Global Collaborations
With increasing international participation, Expomed Eurasia continued to strengthen its regional impact on a global scale. Business meetings, procurement engagements, and business development activities held throughout the exhibition turned into concrete business opportunities between exhibitors and visitors. The strong interest from industry representatives across different geographies once again highlighted Türkiye’s manufacturing capacity and export strength in healthcare technologies on the international stage.
Innovative Healthcare Solutions Met Visitors at the ‘Innovation Area’
At the Innovation Area, established with the contributions of the Health Institutes of Türkiye (TÜSEB) and in cooperation with the Istanbul Health Industry Cluster Association (İSEK), entrepreneurs, universities, and technology centers came together with industry professionals and investors. This special area, where innovative healthcare technology projects were showcased, enabled direct interaction between entrepreneurs and investors.
The ‘Innovation Area,’ where next-generation medical solutions were presented, attracted significant attention at Expomed Eurasia as an important platform contributing to the commercialization of ideas that will shape the future of the industry. In this special area, entrepreneurs introduced their products and companies, while opportunities and challenges from an entrepreneurial perspective were discussed in organized panels.
A Strong Ground for Future Engagements
With its well-established history of over 30 years, Expomed Eurasia created a multi-stakeholder interaction environment by bringing together public institutions, healthcare service providers, medical technology manufacturers, and various fields including over-the-counter products such as food supplements and vitamins. The increasing demand for healthcare services in Türkiye and the decisive role of the public sector further enhanced the strategic importance of the business connections established during the exhibition.
