DAP-ORO™ (Daprodustat) is an oral Hypoxia-Inducible Factor Prolyl Hydroxylase (HIF-PH) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of anemia associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Daprodustat works by stimulating endogenous erythropoietin production and improving iron utilization, thereby increasing hemoglobin levels through a physiologic mechanism. It offers an effective oral alternative to injectable erythropoiesis-stimulating agents (ESAs).
