The insertion braided tube adopts medical-grade TPU+304 stainless steel braiding, PEBAX+304 stainless steel braiding, pure TPU, PVC and other materials. The intermediate stainless steel braided layer delivers excellent kink resistance. Common specifications: OD 2.1/2.5/2.8/3.6/3.8/4.0/4.8/5.0/5.2/10 mm; customized sizes available. The optical fiber sleeve (ultra-thin wall tube) is made of medical-grade TPU. The ultra-thin wall saves inner space and provides outstanding flexibility and wear resistance. Common specifications: OD around 1 mm; custom sizes supported, mainly used for endoscope fiber protection. The snake skin cover (bending rubber) is made of medical-grade TPU and silicone material, featuring superior flexibility and wear resistance. Applied to the outer layer of the bending section on the endoscope insertion tube. The channel tube (working channel liner) is manufactured from medical-grade PEBAX, PE, PTFE and other materials, offering outstanding lubricity and a low friction coefficient for smooth instrument movement and water circulation. Common specifications: ID 1.2/2.05/2.25/2.5/2.85/3.85 mm, wall thickness 0.1–0.15 mm. Installed inside the endoscope insertion tube as the working channel.
