This plate mainly indicated to be used for the complex fractures, fracture dislocations, osteotomies and nonunions of the proximal humerus
*Made of Ti6Al4V Eli alloy
*3-13 Holes
*Standard & Long Type
*2 mm K-wire holes
*Can be used with LISS technique
The anatomical shape of the plate head matches the shape of the proximal humerus
Ten Suture holes around the perimeter of the proximal end including undercuts that facilitates plate positioning
