Product Description

SPINAL STABILIZATION AND FIXATION SYSTEM systems consist of many kinds of screws, rigid rods, titanium/peek/carbon/Co-Cr-Mo rods with hexagonal head or without hexagonal head, transverse connectors, cross connectors, link connectors, many kinds of implants. The screws used to fix to the vertebra are monoaxial, polyaxial, hemispherical, cannulated, non-cannulated, low profile head or spondylolistesis. All these components come in several sizes, configurations and variants of implants and instruments in two seperate containers or in the boxes. Spinal Stabilization and Fixation System implants are made from titanium, titanium alloys, peek (incl. barium sulphate), Co-Cr-Mo because of its high biocompatibility and its better visualisation with MRI or CT scanning. To offer surgeons a larger choice for more appropriate treatment to patient pathology, SPINAL STABILIZATION AND FIXATION SYSTEM system includes three differents interchangable fixation with the all these systems using the same range of pedicular screws. Some of Spinal Stabilization and Fixation System rods are made of titanium alloys, peek (incl. barium sulphate), Co-Cr-Mo and carbon materials because of their flexible capability and high biocompatibility. Also to increase biological response, screws can be coated with Hydroxyapatite (HA). General Characteristics of Products • Controlled micromovements • Tapered head helps to find trajectory of prepared pedicle • Clinically significant ± 10? to ± 28?, depending on the screw’s diameter of screw head angulation facilitates easy rod placement in both the M/L and C/C planes simultaneously regardless of pedicle trajectory • Concerted locking mechanism converts screws from polyaxial to monoaxial allowing true inline compression and distraction of the construct • Ultra slim footprint is facet friendly and low profile, yet higher rod center within the screw head allows for increased graft placement for robust lateral fusion • Enhance osteogenesis and bone fusion • Homogenic stress distribution • Early rehabilitation without the need for postoperative brace • Prevention of adjacent level degeneration • Provided load sharing at adjecent level • Intervertebral implants with low profile head and atraumatic shape • Operative flexibility and efficiency • Revisability • Adaptable to various surgical techniques • Efficient instruments • Quick assembling • Cannulated and non-cannulated screws • Self-tapping and non-selftapping screws • Size identification by color code • Superior stability Indications The clamp system is a spinal anchoring component which, combined with a compatible system of osteosynthesis, provides the stability required for solid bone fusion and helps reduce spinal deformities and fractures. The clamp system is indicated for the following applications: • Spinal trauma surgery as a component of spinal fusion; • Reconstructive spinal surgery as an implant combined with constructs intended to correct spinal deformities such as scoliosis, hyperkyphosis or spondylolisthesis; • Degenerative spinal surgery as a component of spinal fusion.
