In 1994, he came together with his brother Cengiz Balçık to establish Yüce Tıbbi Gereçler İthalat İhracat Mümessillik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. Yüce Medical Devices operated solely in the field of import and sales until 1996, and brought the experience gained in this field to the production sector, establishing its own factory in 1997. Yüce Tıbbi Gereçler, which has been producing gauze and cotton since 1997, and Edinmed and SSM, which produce medical plastic materials and surgical sutures, are under the same umbrella. Yümnü and Cengiz Balçık brothers received investment from a large group in their company, Yüce Medical Devices.
