Our company which always makes up a principle of customer satisfaction has decided to enter manufacturing of Compression Stockings, Anti-Embolism Stockings, Elastic Braces and Lymphoedema Armsleeves in 2008. For this purpose, considering recent technological developments, the installation of a modern plant was started to meet the requirements of Medical Device Directives and ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems in 3600 m2 building in İstanbul Bayrampaşa and our facility has got in to full swing in 2010. Our company with established manufacturing facility has come to position that can compete against the world s leading companies with it is quality and capacity. All stages from the raw material input to the product output are controlled with the excellent quality control system provide reaching users of the products as a flawless and try to offer a better product to the users that keep patient safety at the forefront with continuous R&D work. Today, Varimed has a wide range of products in phlebology, lymphology and orthopaedics. Medical products of the Varimed meet all of the requirement of the European Union (EU) 2017/745 Medical Device Regulation (MDR). In accordance with regulations, products of Varimed that subject to the conformity assessment procedures are granted the CE mark. Varimed compression stocking and garments, whether circular knit or flat knit, support stockings, anti-embolism stockings and supports regularly examined by independent test centers for any toxic substances according to the Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Granting of the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certificate guarantees tested quality for protection of your health. Varimed maintains the Medical Devices Quality Management System according to DIN EN 13485. Since 2010, we demonstrated our ISO 13485 status to our customers with a certificate. This certification aims to ensure product traceability, effective production and risk management and compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
