Sets must be sterilized by the ETO method and have a shelf life of 3 years and this process must be documented when necessary. 10. Companies that will bid are required to specify the brand and provide 2 sterile samples (one will be kept as a witness sample, the other will be tested for suitability). The product must be sterile in single original packaging. Production and expiration date, sterilization date, brand, product content, lot number, manufacturer address information, T.R.
