It is used together with Oxygen, Helium, Ether, Nitric Oxide, Ethylene, Cyclopropane and Fluothane (Halothane) in oxygen therapy and closed-circuit anesthesia systems in order to keep the carbon dioxide coming from the patient in basal metabolism units. It is applicable to the clinical electrocardiography inspect and dynamic and static electrocardiography monitoring of patients suffering from heart disease in the hospital.
