PEGELAK and PEGELAK Rapid sutures are synthetic absorbable sterile surgical sutures which are flexible strands composed of a copolymer prepared and synthesized from 90 percent glycolide and 10 percent L-lactide (derived from glycolic and lactic acids) and are indicated for use in soft tissue approximation.
PROPILEN is a synthetic, non-absorbable, inert sterile surgical monofilament suture. It is composed of isotactic polypropylene polymer of high molecular weight.
kanstat® absorbable hemostat is a sterile absorbable medical textile material prepared by the controlled oxidation of regenerated cellulose. The fabric is white with a pale yellow cast and has a faint, caramel-like aroma. A slight discoloration may occur with age, but this does not affect performance. kanstat® has different types of physical structures arranged for easy use depending on the surgical field and the choice of users. kanstat® ORJ is a light knit material kanstat® FABRIC is dense knit material with high tensile strength, can be sutured. kanstat® FELT is structured non-woven, individual fibers that are needle-punched to interlock the non-woven structure. kanstat® FIBRIL is layered non-woven, fibrous material in a layered form. Easy to pull the desired amount of hemostat.
daxton®-D is a non-absorbable, sterile surgical monofilament suture, composed of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), with chemical formula (C2F4)n. PTFE suture has nonporous structure. daxton®-K is a non-absorbable, sterile surgical monofilament suture, composed of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), with chemical formula (C2F4)n, that has been expanded to an ePTFE suture with a porous microstructure and contains air. The porous nature of the daxton®-K suture enables it to be swaged to needles that closely approximate the diameter of the thread, without compromising the strength of the needle attachment.
DOPACE Temporary Pacing Wire (TPW) is a sterile single use, twisted 316L stainless steel wire, coated (sheathed) with colored polyethylene, with double needle, with or without anchor. Dopace consists of following parts: 1- Insulated multifilament conductor coated with colored polyethylene 2- Uninsulated, multifilament wire (intracorporeal) electrode 3- TPW may be presented as anchored type. 4- Intracorporeal curved needle 5- Extracorporeal straight breakaway needle
