Marthys Orthopaedic Indonesia, PT is the oldest orthopaedic implant factory in Indonesia. We were established since December 06 December, 1998. Initially we were located in Rungkut Industrial Estate, Surabaya (PT. SIER). Since December 10, 2022 we moved to a new location on Jl. Indrokilo KM 4.2 Bulukandang, Prigen, Pasuruan. In this new facility we occupy an area of 7000m2 with 4000m2 of production floor. Our products range from the smallest implants for fingers to large implants for lower extremity bones, each of which can be used in a variety of applications. lower limb bones, each of which can be made of either Stainless Steel or Titanium Alloy. Due to the demands of producing highly precise implants, we use modern machinery such as We use modern CNC Milling 5 Axis machines and Swiss Type CNC Lathes that we imported directly from UK, Germany, Japan and China. We are also supported by our new TRULASER 5030 machine from Trumpf Germany, which allows us to cut the smallest objects with very high accuracy
