Disposable vacuum blood collection tube which with no additive. Plain tube: red cap collection blood tube does not contain additives, it also does not contain anticoagulation, promoting coagulation components, only vacuum. It doesn t need to shake after blood drawing. The type of specimen preparation was serum, which was placed in 37℃ water bath for more than 30 minutes after blood drawing, and the upper serum was centrifuged for use.

Pro-coagulation tube, also known as a clot activator tube or serum separator tube. The cap of the pro-coagulation tube is yellow, and coagulant is added to the blood collection tube. The coagulant can quickly activate the coagulation mechanism and accelerate the coagulation process. The type of specimen prepared is serum, which is suitable for biochemical and pharmacokinetic tests of emergency serum. After collection, the samples were mixed upside down for 5-8 times, stood upright for 20-30min, and centrifuged supernatant for use. The specimen remained stable for 48 hours after centrifugation.

Gel and Clot Activator Tube also known as SST tube, which means serum separator tube. The cap of the Gel and Clot Activator Tube is orange, and there is coagulant in the blood collection tube to accelerate the coagulation process. It can clot the collected blood within 5 minutes, which is suitable for emergency serum series tests. It is the most commonly used coagulant tube for daily biochemistry, immunity, serum, hormone, etc. After blood drawing, it can be mixed upside down for 5-8 times. When the room temperature is low, it can be put in 37℃ water bath for 10-20 minutes, and centrifuge the upper serum for use.

EDTA anticoagulant tube head cap is purple, the additive is EDTA which is a kind of amino polycarboxylic acid, it is suitable for general hematology test, blood routine test tube, glycated hemoglobin, the first choice of blood type test, it s not suitable for coagulation test and platelet function test, also not suitable for the determination of calcium ion, potassium ion, sodium ion, iron ion, alkaline phosphatase, creatine kinase and leucine aminopeptidase. It is suitable for PCR test. During production, 100ml of 2.7%EDTA-K2 solution was sprayed on the inner wall of vacuum tube and dried at 45℃. When using, take blood up to 2mI, immediately reverse mix 5-8 times after blood drawing, mix well for use. The sample type required for testing is whole blood, which needs to be mixed when used.

Gray cap of Glucose Tube which the additive is Sodium fluoride. It is a weak anticoagulant, usually combined with potassium oxalate or sodium iodate, the ratio of sodium fluoride 1 part, potassium oxalate 3 parts. This mixture of 4mg can make 1ml of blood non-coagulable and inhibit glycolysis within 23 days, and cannot be used for urease determination of urea, nor for alkaline phosphatase and amylase determination, and is recommended for blood glucose detection. It contains sodium fluoride or potassium oxalate or EDTA-Na spray, which can inhibit the enolase activity in glucose metabolism. After blood drawing, mix it upside-down for 5-8 times, and then centrifuge, take the supernatant plasma for backup. It is a special tube for rapid blood glucose determination.

ESR Tube is used in blood collection and anti-coagulation for sedimentation rate test. It contains a 0.129mol/L(3.8%)buffered tri-sodium citrate solution with mixing ratio of 1 part citrate solution to 4 parts blood. ESR measurement refer to the Westergren method.

The cap of the heparin anticoagulant tube is green, and the blood collection tube is filled with heparin. Heparin has direct antithrombin effect and can prolong the clotting time of the specimen. Used in emergency and most biochemical experiments, such as liver function, kidney function, blood lipid, blood sugar, etc. Suitable for red blood cell fragility test, blood gas analysis, hematocrit test, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and general biochemical determination, not suitable for hemagglutination test. Excess heparin can cause the accumulation of white blood cells and cannot be used for white blood cell counting. Because it can make the background of blood stain light blue, it is not suitable for leukocyte classification. It can be used for hemorheology. The sample type is plasma. Immediately after blood collection, mix it upside down for 5-8 times and take the upper plasma for use.
