The 27th Expomed Eurasia Fair Presents the Healthcare Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Turkey!
The 27th edition of the International Istanbul Medical Analysis, Diagnosis, Treatment, Rehabilitation, Laboratory Product, Device, System, Technology, Equipment and Hospitals Fair Expomed Eurasia, which will be held at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in Büyükçekmece, Istanbul between November 5-7, 2020, is preparing to open its doors to visitors for a “Cooperation in Healthcare" themed grand event.The fair, which is also supported by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Trade, is gearing up to welcome over 35,000 Turkish and foreign medical and healthcare professionals, over 1,000 companies and company representatives from more than 50 countries. Various events will be held at the fair where the latest medical products and innovative solutions in healthcare technologies will be on display. The discussions held in the special Innovation Area will focus on the rapid technological advancements in healthcare with the participation of national and international expert speakers. Academics, consultants and sector representatives will talk about relevant current topics such as neuroprosthetics and nervous engineering, healthy life and chronic disease tracking technologies, wearable health tracking devices, and AI applications in healthcare.
Turkish Healthcare Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in the Spotlight
As part of the fair, entrepreneurs will share their know-how and experience on new legal regulations (MDR) and creating new export channels. The panels at the fair will feature experts from the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TITCK) and the Istanbul Chemicals and Chemical Products Exporters’ Association (IKMIB). Discussing both cooperation-driven support mechanisms and model projects in the field, these panels will look at how to deliver and manage projects more effectively with a more effective cooperation. Exciting projects such as the use of 5G in healthcare and mobile technologies, digital solutions in home healthcare, and robots in rehabilitation technology will be presented to the sector in special demo areas.
