Novamed Srl is active in the distribution and supply of medical equipment to hospitals throughout Italy and Europe for more than 40 years. In 2020 it founded its own start-up, Stretchers Industries specialized in the design and production of isolation systems for infections control in different scenarios emergency transportation; intensive care and transportation within healthcare facilities; paediatric care; military settings; isolation of several patients at the same time. The idea behind Stretchers Industries is to respond to an emergency that always existed the diffusion of infections inside medical facilities, with the most easy-to-use, customizable and practical devices, in order to be of real help to the medical staff. Innovation, functionality, durability and affordability are the underlying guidelines of our entire production process, enabling us to be a valid support in the fight against contagious diseases.
