XIS offers a high technology gas diffusion sterilization system. Putting whatever you wish to be sterilized into the Liner bag along with the Gas Cartridge, Humidity Chip, and Dosimeter and seal on any film sealing machine. When Liner Bag put in the sterilizer and press the button on the activator, the sterilization is begun. The sterilized materials are useable after sterilization and aeration period.
AXIS Incubators are specially designed for use with Verify Self Contained Biological Indicators (SCBls). The incubators are available in single or dual temperatures for steam and Ethylene Oxide (EO) sterilization process. For steam, the incubators aperture at 60°C, For Ethylene Oxide, they operate 37°C. Available for either 120 or 220 V electric supply.
The device has capability automatically sealing. The sealing length is unlimited; it has the characters of efficient continuous sealing, reliable sealing quality, proper structures, and convenient operation. High-speed heating design, room temperature ~ 180 ℃ temperature just 40 seconds.
